Not Refundable Products

Amounts paid for a received audio and video file can be refunded only in case of a proven technical error in payment, namely when the consumer has erroneously paid for the same product more than once in the same order. In this case, the Supplier will refund the amount above the value of one product.

Our responsibilities as a seller are fulfilled once we provided you with the specified file for download. We do not bear responsibility for lost files or files you fail to download.
