For a long time, I couldn’t understand why in some areas of life, change came easily—and in others, no matter how hard I tried, nothing seemed to shift. It was frustrating, confusing, and honestly… exhausting.

I thought maybe I was too attached.
Maybe I had a block.
Maybe my subconscious was afraid of success or didn’t feel safe.

All of that was partly true—but not the full picture.

After working with a client who was facing the exact same issue, I finally understood what the real problem was—and how it can be resolved once and for all.

A Hidden Truth: We Are Not Always Whole

What I’ve come to realize—both through my own journey and through working with others—is that our consciousness isn’t a single voice, but a collection of distinct inner parts. These parts can hold different—even conflicting—perspectives, emotions, and desires, depending on the experiences that shaped them. It’s a collection of inner parts, formed through experiences, memories, and sometimes… pain.

When you say, “I want to change,” it’s only one part of you speaking.

But what if there are other parts—younger parts, hurt parts, skeptical parts—that don’t agree?

Maybe they don’t trust the change.
Maybe they fear being hurt again.
Maybe they simply don’t believe it's possible.

In that case, your energy becomes split. One part moves forward. The others hold you back.

This Is Where the Energetically Programmed Field Comes In

This field wasn’t just created to “push” you toward change.
It’s designed to support deep integration—to help those hidden, resistant parts feel safe enough to come forward, to be seen, to be healed.

You can use it passively—just by allowing it to work in your energy field.

How to Work with the Energetically Programmed Field

There are two main ways to use this field, depending on how actively you want to engage:

1. Set a clear intention and let the field go to work
Choose an area of your life where you feel stuck or where progress seems impossible despite your efforts. Then give the field a focused intention that reflects the end result you desire.

For example, if you're currently earning $20,000 a year and want to earn $70,000, you simply set the intention: "I am ready to align with a job that pays $70,000 a year."

Once that intention is set, the field will begin to work on the inner parts of you that fear more responsibility… the part that worries success will leave you no time for family… or even the part that secretly judges wealthy people as bad or selfish.

It will help heal and transform every inner part that holds a belief, fear, or wound that conflicts with your goal—until your whole system is aligned.

2. Use the field in meditation to connect with your inner parts
This is a more active and revealing approach. You enter a meditative state, open yourself to the field, and invite the resistant parts of you to speak.

What are their fears? Their objections? What pain are they still carrying? Why do they believe your conscious goal might not be safe?

This practice can bring deep clarity and healing. You not only uncover hidden beliefs, but also begin the integration process by lovingly acknowledging and working with these parts until they’re ready to return to wholeness.

What Happens When You Become Whole Again?

When your inner world is no longer at war with itself, something beautiful happens:
